I Sewed a Scarf

You are probably not going to be surprised but... this week has been very hectic and stressful. I'm now realizing that I begin every post with that, but the statement is so true. Well I sewed a scarf. I had actually sewed this before I had sewed the skirt. I honestly love it! I am wearing the scarf as I am writing this post. I have a slight "Mad Men" obsession. I am now in season four and I started it last week...so this past week I have been really obsessed with the sixties. I try to dress like it. I now listen to the Beatles in my car. Honestly, I hope that this isn't a phase. Okay sorry, now back to the scarf. It is a very easy sewing project. I had gotten the directions from the book "Love at First Stitch". As soon as I have sewn everything in the book I promise I will write a review. Next week is going to be very hectic for me (I am house-sitting, going to school full time, and will be working 41 hours), so I may or may not post.  If you would like to find a nice and relaxing sewing project, get your crap together and sew a scarf.

School has Started and I met Puppies!

School has started this week.  I am now in major shock on the amount of money I have to spend on textbooks:(  I also got to meet puppies! There are five in the litter!  They are Decker Rat Terriers.  Yes the name is really weird, but the puppies are adorable! So get your crap together and suppress the stress of school with puppies!
